Welcome to AI Ops Playbook. By creating an account or using this service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them — they're written in plain English.

1. What Is AI Ops Playbook?

AI Ops Playbook is a membership site that provides AI workflow templates designed to help small businesses work more efficiently. Members get access to a library of templates and resources based on their subscription tier.

2. Subscription Plans

We offer the following membership tiers:

  • Free — $0/month. Access to a limited selection of free templates.
  • Pro — $49/month. Full access to the template library, billed monthly.
  • Pro Annual — $399/year. Full access to the template library, billed once per year (equivalent to about $33/month).

Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with advance notice — see Section 9 for how we handle changes.

3. Billing and Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card number — that's handled entirely by Stripe.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. There are no cancellation fees.

  • When you cancel a monthly subscription, your access continues through the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.
  • When you cancel an annual subscription, your access continues through the end of the full year you already paid for. We do not offer partial refunds on annual plans.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first monthly payment. If you subscribe to a Pro monthly plan and aren't satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us at support@bettersai.com and we'll issue a full refund.

This guarantee applies to:

  • First-time Pro monthly subscribers only
  • The initial payment only (not renewals)

It does not apply to annual plans or the Free tier. Outside of this guarantee, all payments are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property and Template License

When you subscribe, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates for your own business purposes. This means:

You may:

  • Use the templates to create workflows, documents, and content for your own business
  • Adapt and customize templates for your own use
  • Keep and use any outputs you generate with the templates (the content, documents, or results you create)

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the templates themselves
  • Share templates with people outside your organization
  • Publish templates publicly (on a blog, in a course, in a product, etc.)
  • Claim the templates as your own original work

Your license to use the templates ends when your subscription ends. Outputs you've already created remain yours.

AI Ops Playbook retains all ownership of the templates, branding, and site content.

7. Your Account and Responsibilities

To use AI Ops Playbook, you'll create an account with your name and email address. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current account information
  • Keep your login credentials private and not share them with others
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

Each subscription is for one user. Sharing account access to allow multiple people to use a single subscription is not permitted.

8. Limitation of Liability

The templates and resources on AI Ops Playbook are provided as-is to support your business workflows. We do our best to make them useful, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes from using them.

AI Ops Playbook is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, accounting, or business advice. If you need guidance in those areas, please consult a qualified professional.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Ops Playbook's liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost profits or lost data).

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify active subscribers by email at least 30 days before the new terms take effect.

Continuing to use AI Ops Playbook after the effective date of updated terms means you accept them. If you don't agree, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms (for example, sharing account access or redistributing templates). If we terminate your account for a violation, no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and requesting account deletion at support@bettersai.com.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of State of Florida, United States.
